The goal is two-fold, shortening the sales cycle and making it low touch, as well as expanding our market to the mid-market. The main target is to build the onboarding process in a seamless manner while balancing the costs and scale of the solution across regions and clouds.
How did Jovianx make building cloud offering easier?
One-stop-shop across any public cloud-based on our native Kubernetes support. All of our core product functionality around self-healing or auto-scaling is supported out-of-the-box, with an easy way to build mini journeys, integrate it with our CRM and CSM systems, as well as get a single pane of glass for monitoring across clouds.
